First step is to install USB-Serial drivers to your computer. These are needed to helps the laser engraver communicate with computer your computer.
You can find the drivers and software on the included 1GB Micro SD card. just grab an SD card reader and insert the card then connect to your computer.
The software supports Windows XP, Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10Install the drivers
*Do not connect the engraver to your computer yet.
*Copy the memory card contents to your computer
*Find the file named Driver.exe
*Execute the Driver.exe by clicking on it
*Click on the Install button on driver setup menu. This will then start the installation process
*Connect the engraver with your computer via the Mini USB data cable. Do not connect the USB power cable at this time. The computer will detect the device and the laser head will launch the first laser light.
*If you are not sure you can check whether the installation was successful by entering to the Device Manager and follow the steps below.
XP – Right click on My Computer, select Properties, then select Device Manager
Windows 7 – Click Start menu, right click on Computer, select Manage, select Device Manager.
Windows 8, 10 – Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you’re using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.) Enter Device Manager in the search box, and tap or click Device Manager.

There is no complicated menu structure or hidden functions. You can find everything on one page.

Click on Start button to start the machine. You can pause (Pause button) the engraving any time when want to see the unfinished result.

Unfortunately, the software supplied was not the LaserCarve software needed to run the device and I have been unable to get any satisfaction from the supplier to enable me to download the correct software.
I have been to the turfer.com website, but the link to the software carries a message saying the software is updating and there is no available download.
