The Mitel® 5330e and 5340e IP Phones are full-feature, dual port, dual mode enterprise-class applications phones that provide voice communication over an IP network. I have tried using the features menu, however I think this may be disabled or maybe not allowed on this particular phone to change anything. I have tried turning off and on also. The phone is in use for a new employee to the company, so maybe this is something to do with the previous user? I am not sure, however there is definitely no messages when going to voicemail and entering the pin to go into voicemail messages. thank you.
